I purchased some Kotex pads from your store. I have hormonal issues, but they were managed well until I tried your pads. After using them, my hormones went haywire, leading to heavy bleeding with clots and pelvic discomfort. Usually, I go for a different brand, but they were out of stock, so I ended up using yours. You really ought to pull those pads from the shelves; they’re harming women's endocrine health. You should face consequences for this. I just found out that there were recalls on Kotex pads a few years back. If I had known, I would’ve steered clear of this brand! Seriously, you might be putting lives at risk with this stuff!!!

I'm really let down that you haven't ended your ties with Russia. I can't back your products anymore. I've made a list to ensure that when I shop next, I won't be buying from you. I'm gonna encourage all my friends to join in on this boycott too!

This company can't be relied on. Seriously, check out the reviews on Amazon regarding toilet paper sizes; they’re all about trickery. It's a shameful approach, and they won't own up to it. Neither I nor any of my friends or family will ever buy from them again.

I own a couple of Kimberly-Clark Centrefeed Towel Roll dispensers, but I lost the keys to unlock them. I reached out through their website, and guess what? Two new keys showed up at my door, no cost, delivered by courier in just 48 hours. Awesome!

I just received my Andrex Toilet rolls, and while the price is the same as usual, you definitely get a lot less. You can really notice the difference. I think we've had our last batch of Andrex Toilet Rolls.

My only issue is that the bottle was a bit on the small side, but apart from that, it does its job nicely. I'd definitely suggest others to try it out!

Kleenex has really downgraded the quality of their Man-size tissues. Now, you get fewer, smaller tissues packed in a smaller box. Honestly, they’re no better than a generic brand you’d find at the supermarket for about a third of the cost. I reached out to KC but got no helpful response. Super disappointed. It feels like this is just a way to increase profits while leaving customers in the lurch!

I purchased 40 rolls of: Page origineel schoon - 3 in 1 - Zacht Sterk Schoon. What a total flop! This stuff is completely useless. It’s not sturdy, more like flimsy, and super thin too. Even if you grab 4 sheets, it’s still not good for anything.

I had a really frustrating time with Kleenex flushable wipes. They tear apart before you even get to use 'em! When I called customer service, they didn’t bother to take my batch number or ask where I bought 'em. Honestly, I’d recommend steering clear of this brand; it feels like throwing money down the drain. You might wanna try another brand, like Ocean Healthcare wipes, which I think are way better—definitely a 5-star choice!

Speaking of which, it was around 11 years back when I found myself on a mind-blowing spiritual adventure while stuck naked in the loo of Russell Brand’s North London pad. After a thousand tiny Golden Labradors dashed across the bathroom floor like that scene in Lion King when the stampede happens and Mufasa meets his end #SoSad, it hit me… toilet roll. Sure, the thought of sinking a hefty amount of pounds into what’s basically bum paper sounds downright bonkers (Side note: Ludicrous, a fantastic lover, and brews a mean cup of tea). But after my experience, I visited a quirky one-eyed woman living in a hut, and I handed her £50 to back up my idea.

I can’t quite remember her name since this all went down over a decade ago, and her business card was basically a small tumbleweed of pubes that would grant you a wish if you set it ablaze. Naturally, I lost that little pube ball, but she did confirm my plan to invest in Andrex. She mentioned something about the year 2020, China, Corona, and some dude munching on a raw bat, which didn’t make much sense back then, but now it all clicks. I wasn’t laughing much that day in Russell’s loo, but I sure am now. Just a pity she didn’t also tell me to invest in hand wash, pot noodles, and Pornhub too. Oh well, I’ll keep setting fire to my pubes while wishing on stars.

I can't believe you’ve teamed up with Wateraid. Surely, you did some homework on this, right? It’s hard to find the right words for a company that’s been mishandling public donations. Their operations in Africa are downright criminal, with over 56% of pumps and boreholes either broken, in bad shape, or totally useless due to poor drilling by the companies they hired. Recent findings indicate they didn’t even check the boreholes properly, and they’ve got no records of the work done. Digging waterholes isn’t a job for amateurs, and keeping track of where they’ve dug and how is super important. Reports show that more than 60,000 water outlets set up are now out of service in Africa. They’ve bought equipment from Indian companies that just can’t meet the necessary specifications. As a brand, Kimberly-Clark should’ve been more careful to make sure that funds meant for building toilets aren’t just going to be another massive waste of money. You really ought to reconsider your connection with such a dubious organization like Wateraid.

This might be the only brand I know of that offers FMCG products like Andrex but shows zero respect for its customers. I've been a loyal buyer for over 40 years, and the one time I reached out to their CEO, my multiple emails about my issue were completely ignored. There was also a clueless guy from the company who assured me he would handle my complaint and help me regain trust in the brand. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a total lie since he didn’t take any action. I purchased a Multi pack of Andrex from my local One Stop store (part of Tesco), and the toilet paper fell apart, with the quality being subpar. Yet, Andrex did nothing to address this issue because they clearly don’t care about their brand or their customers. It’s a shame that the CEO seems more focused on profits and his packages, treating customers like a bother, as evidenced by him ignoring three of my emails so far. I’m done buying Andrex from now on. I even copied their trading partner Tesco, but they didn’t seem to care either, which shows how they treat consumers when they start to dominate the market!
